SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations to the Supreme Court Historic
Preservation Commission. Effective July 1, 202 3.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $4,500,000 , or so much thereof as may 4
be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic 5
Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation 6
Commission for histor ic preservation purposes. 7
Section 10. The sum of $ 900,000 is appropriated from the 8
General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation 9
Commission for deposit into the Supreme Court Historic 10
Preservation Fund. 11
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 12
2023. 13
