Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Fund to the Illinois 11 
Commerce Commission for a grant to the Statewide One	-call 12 
Notice System, as required in the Illinois Underground Utility 13 
Facilities Damage Prevention Act. 14 
 
  Section 15.  The sum of $1,000, or so much thereof as may 15 
be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Underground 16 
Utility Facilities Damage Prevention Fund to the Illinois 17 
Commerce Commission for refunds. 18

  Section 25.  The sum of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as 17 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Transportation 18 
Regulatory Fund to the Illinois Commerce Commission for (1) 19 
disbursing funds collected for the Single State Insurance 20 
Registration Program and/or Unified Carrier Registration 21 
System; (2) for refunds for overpayments; and (3) for 22 
administrative expenses. 23

  Section 30.  The sum of $1,500,000, or so much thereof as 1 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois 2 
Telecommunications Access Corporation Fund to the Illinois 3 
Commerce Commission for administrative costs and for 4 
distribution to the Illinois Telecommunications Access 5 
Corporation, as required i n the Illinois Public Utilities Act, 6 
Section 13-703. 7 
 
  Section 35.  The sum of $10,000,000, or so much thereof as 8 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Public Utility Fund 9 
to the Illinois Commerce Commission for all costs associated 10 
with the administration of the Energy Transition Act. 11 
 
  Section 40.  The sum of $3,000,000, or so much thereof as 12 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Consumer Intervenor 13 
Compensation Fund to the Illinois Commerce Commission for all 14 
costs and expenses associated wit h the administration of the 15 
Consumer Intervenor Compensation Fund, and amendments to 16 
Section 9-229 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act resulting 17 
from enactment of Illinois Public Act 102 -0662. 18 
 
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 19 
2023. 20
