SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Board of Trustees of Governors State University
for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 5. The amount of $ 26,058,100, or so much thereof 5
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Education 6
Assistance Fund to the Board of Trustees of Governors State 7
University to meet its operational expenses for the fiscal year 8
ending June 30, 2024. 9
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 10
2023. 11
