to the Environmental Protection Agency for use in accordance 6 
with Section 25c-1 of the Environmental Protection Act. 7 
 
  Section 25.  The amount of $4,000,000, or so much thereof 8 
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Environmental 9 
Protection Trust Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency 10 
for awards and grants as directed by the Environmental 11

be necessary, is appropriated from the Solid Waste Management 8 
Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for use in 9 
accordance with Public Act 95 -0959, Electronic Products 10 
Recycling and Reuse Act. 11 
 
  Section 95.  The sum of $2,781,00 0, or so much thereof as 12 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Subtitle D 13 
Management Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for the 14 
purpose of funding the Subtitle D permit program in accordance 15 
with Section 22.44 of the Environmental Protection Act. 16 
 
  Section 100.  The sum of $1,500,000 or so much thereof as 17 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Brownfields 18 
Redevelopment Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for 19 
all expenses related to the Brownfields Redevelopment program. 20

expenses and grants connected with the HEEHRA Rebate Program 2

may be necessary, is appropriated from the EPA Energy Projects 6 
Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for expenses and 7 
grants connected with energy programs, including prior year 8

  Section 165.  The sum of $6,000,000, or so much thereof as 10 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Energy Fund 11 
to the Environmental Protection Agency for expenses and grants 12 
connected with the State Energ y Program, including prior year 13

  Section 170. The sum of $14,260,000, or so much thereof as 15 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Energy Fund 16 
to the Environmental Protection Agency for costs associated 17 
with State Energy Programs as au thorized by Title I of Division 18 
D in Section 40109 of the Infrastructure and Investment and 19

  Section 180. The sum of $2,910,000, or so much thereof as 6 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Federal Energy Fund 7 
to the Environmental Protection Agency for costs associated 8 
with the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program 9 
as authorized by Title V of Division D of the Infrastructure 10 
and Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) in accordance with Section 11 
544 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007. 12 
 
  Section 185. The sum of $5,000,000, or so much thereof as 13 
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Energy Efficiency 14 
Trust Fund to the En vironmental Protection Agency for grants 15 
pursuant to subsection (b) of Section 6 -6 of the Renewable 16

may be necessary, is appropriated from the Environmental 21

  Section 5. The sum of $80,000,000, or so much thereof as 4 
may be necessary, and remains unexpended, at the close of 5 
business on June 30, 202 3, from the appropriation heretofore 6 
made in Article 95, section 5, of Public Act 102 -0698 as 7 
amended, is reappropriated from the VW Settlement Environmental 8 
Mitigation Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency for all 9 
costs, including administrative expenses, associated with 10 
funding eligible mitigation actions that achieve reductions of 11 
emissions in accordance with the Environmental Mitigation Trust 12 
Agreement relating to the Partial Consent Decree between U.S. 13 
Department of Justice, Volkswagen AG and other settling 14 
defendants.  15 
 
  Section 10. The sum of $ 1,858,777, or so much thereof as 16 
may be necessar y, and remains unexpended, at the close of 17 
business on June 30, 202 3, from the appropriation heretofore 18 
made in Article 95 Section 10, of Public Act 102 -0698 as 19 
amended, is reappropriated from the Energy Efficiency Trust 20 
Fund to the Environmental Protectio n Agency for grants pursuant 21
