SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:
General Funds $13,300,000
Other State Funds $ 2,997,900
Total $16,297,900

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 1. The sum of $1 3,300,000, or so much thereof as 5
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 6
to the Guardianship and Ad vocacy Commission for operational 7
expenses of the fiscal year ending June 30, 202 4. 8
Section 5. The sum of $2,997,900, or so much thereof as 9
may be necessary, is appropriated from the Guardianship and 10
Advocacy Fund to the Guardianship and Advocacy Commi ssion for 11
services pursuant to Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy 12
Act. 13
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 14
2023. 15
