SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent
expenses of the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal for the
fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, as follows:
General Funds $506,100
Other State Funds $ 68,000
Total $572,100

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
ARTICLE 1 4
Section 1. The sum of $504,100, or so much thereof as may 5
be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to 6
the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet its operational 7
expenses. 8
Section 5. The sum of $68,000, or so much thereof as may 9
be necessary, is appropriated from the Illinois Independent Tax 10
Tribunal Fund to the Illinois Independent Tax Tribunal to meet 11
its operational expen ses. 12
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 13
2023. 14
