The following named amounts, or so much thereof 5 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the 6 General Revenue Fund for th e objects and purposes hereinafter 7 named to meet the ordinary and contingent expenses of the State 8 Employees' Retirement System: 9 SOCIAL SECURITY DIVISION 10 For Operational Expenses ............................. 97,600 11 CENTRAL OFFICE 12 For Employee Retirement Contributions 13 Paid by Employer for Prior Fiscal Years ..............5,000 14 ARTICLE 2 15 Section 5. The sum of $14 7,838,000, or so much thereof as 4 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5 to the Board of Trustees of the Judges Retirement System of 6 Illinois for the State's contribution, as provided by law. 7 8 Section 15. The sum of $2 6,474,000, or so much thereof as 9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 10 to the Board of Trustees of the General Assembly Retirement 11 System for the State's contribution, as provided by law. 12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 13 2023. 14
