1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Downstate Forest Preserve District Act is
5 amended by changing Section 3 as follows:
6 (70 ILCS 805/3) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 6304)
7 Sec. 3. All courts shall take judicial notice of all
8 forest preserve districts organized under this this act.
