SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department of Human Services for the purpose of providing
grants under the Drop -In Center (720) program. Effective July
1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Department of Human Services for the purpose of 6
providing grants under the Drop -In Center (720) program. 7
Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2023. 8
