Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Department of Human Services for the 575 Projects for
Assistance in Transition from Homelessness program. Effective
July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $1,000,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Department of Human Services for the 575 Projects 6
for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness program . 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2023. 9
