2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Legislative Information System Act is
5 amended by adding Section 5.10 as follows:
6 (25 ILCS 145/5.10 new)
7 Sec. 5.10. Closed captioning of video recordings. To
8 provide closed captioning of House and Senate floor and
9 committee proceedings for video broadcasts of those
10 proceedings that are made available by the System on the
11 General Assembly website.
