Board of Higher Education and the Illinois 2 Community College Board duties. 3 (a) The Board of Higher Education and the Illinois 4 Community College Board shall co-manage the implementation, 5 oversight, and evaluation of the Illinois Articulation 6 Initiative, including determining when panels must be 7 discontinued or convened and the specific requirements of the 8 General Education Core Curriculum.
