1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Police and Community Relations Improvement
5 Act is amended by adding Section 1-40 as follows:

7 Sec. 1-40. Incident reports; shootings. A law enforcement
8 agency shall report on an incident report all shootings
9 connected with the subject of the incident report when the
10 shooting resulted in any property damage or bodily injury.
