SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $2,000,000, or so much thereof as may be
necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of
Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the Black
Community Provider Network for the operational purposes of that
organization. Effective July 1, 202 3.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much thereof as 4
may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund 5
to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a 6
grant to the Black Community Provider Network for the 7
operational purposes of that organization. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
