Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to
Naperville Community Television. Effective July 1, 2024.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The amount of $50,000, or so much of that amount 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Department of Commerce an d Economic Opportunity for 6
a grant to Naperville Community Television (NCTV17). 7
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 8
2024. 9
