Provides that the Department of Corrections shall establish an Office of Workplace Safety. Provides that the Office shall assess the Department's compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and any other applicable health and safety rules, and make recommendations for improvements to processes and procedures to improve safety in the workplace.
