Appropriates $25,000,000 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund
to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for
capital infrastructure grants for statewide certified local
health departments. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $25,000,000, or so much of that sum 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Build Illinois 5
Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic 6
Opportunity for capital infrastructure grants for statewide 7
certified local health departments. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon 9
becoming law. 10
