AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 1. References to Act. This Act may be referred to
as the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Act.
Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and
Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
amended by adding Section 2310-730 as follows:
