The amount of $800,000, or so much thereof as 9 may be necessary, is appropriated from the Academic Quality 10 Assurance Fund to the Board of Higher Education as 11 supplemental support for costs and expenses associated with 12 the administration and enforcement of 110 ILCS 1010. 13 Section 110.
