1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $17,700,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
7 for a grant to the City of Morris for costs associated with
8 landfill closures.
9 Section 10. The amount of $425,000, or so much of that
10 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
11 Revenue Fund to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
12 for a grant to the City of Morris for costs associated with
13 landfill well monitoring.
14 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
15 2025.
