1 AN ACT concerning appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 ARTICLE 1
5 Section. 5The amount of $250,000, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
7 Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for the
8 payment of scholarships to students who qualify for the
9 Journalism Student Scholarship Program (110 ILCS 947/65.125).
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1,
11 2025.
