The Indiana State Police report that over the past three bienniums, the salary matrix has been updated by the State Budget Agency during the budgeting process. Specifying that this update must be performed biennially going HB 1075 1 forward is expected to have no impact on the State Budget Agency. The bill also repeals commissions and boards who have either disbanded or not held a meeting in the past two years. Explanation of State Revenues: Explanation of Local Expenditures: This bill would likely have no effect on community corrections expenditures. By state law and by local practice, these board members do not receive either per diem expenses or travel reimbursement. There are 78 community corrections agencies in 89 counties.
