RESOLUTION No. ____
1 A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION to convene a Joint
2 Session of the 123rd General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
3 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives
4 of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,
5 the Senate concurring:
6 SECTION 1. That a joint convention of the Senate and
7 House of Representatives be convened, to meet in the Chamber
8 of the House of Representatives at 2 p.m. on Wednesday,
9 January 10, 2024, to receive the Chief Justice's message which
10 will be given in compliance with Article 7, Section 3 of the
11 Constitution of the State of Indiana, and the Speaker of the
12 House is directed to appoint a committee of four members of
13 the House of Representatives to transmit this resolution to the
14 Senate and report to the House of Representatives such actions
15 as the Senate may take.
