Summary of Legislation: (Amended) This bill requires a state educational institution (SEI) to prominently
display hyperlinks to certain college scorecard information on the SEI’s website and degree web pages.
Effective Date: July 1, 2024.
Explanation of State Expenditures: (Revised) This bill creates a minor workload increase for all SEIs. The
bill’s requirements should be met within the existing resources of each SEI. [SEIs receive General Fund
appropriations.]
