Summary of Legislation: The bill defines "employment social enterprise" as a nonprofit or for-profit
organization that meets certain criteria. It amends the definition of "workforce related program" to include
a work-based learning program or transitional jobs program that: (1) is through an employment social
enterprise; and (2) meets certain other criteria.
Effective Date: July 1, 2025.
