To the extent a county or municipality may have previously enacted an ordinance or resolution that regulates battery charged fences in certain areas, this bill may result in a decrease in workload for the county or municipality since they would no longer be able to enforce the resolution or ordinance if it contains provisions that are counter to this bill’s requirements.
