The bill specifies the membership of the IIT Commission. The bill requires the IIT Commission to provide an annual report of its activities. The bill provides for the expiration of the IIT Commission. Effective Date: Upon passage. Explanation of State Expenditures: Commission Members– IIT Commission members would not be compensated for their service.
