Summary of Legislation: This bill changes certain references from "Auditor of State" To: (1) "State
Comptroller (Referred to as "Auditor of State" in the Constitution of the State of Indiana)"; or (2) "State
Comptroller (Auditor of State)".
The bill also requires "State Comptroller (Auditor of State)" to be listed on the 2026 general election ballot.
Effective Date: July 1, 2025.
