SENATE RESOLUTION ____
MR. PRESIDENT:
I offer the following resolution and move its adoption:
1 A SENATE RESOLUTION recognizing the exceptional
2 work and dedication of the Indiana State Senate employees.
3 Whereas, The employees of the Indiana Senate serve as the
4 backbone of the legislative process by helping the legislative
5 session run efficiently and assisting the legislators to better
6 serve Hoosiers through constituent correspondence, legislative
7 and policy research, preparing news releases, and much more;
8 Whereas, Each year, the employees of the Indiana Senate
9 continue to set new standards of excellence in their service and
10 have done so splendidly once again during the First Regular
11 Session of the One Hundred Twenty-Fourth Indiana General
12 Assembly; and
13 Whereas, The employees of the Indiana Senate performed
14 their duties with dedication, unwavering professionalism, and
15 genuine care, benefitting both the Indiana Senate and the State
16 of Indiana: Therefore,

1 Be it resolved by the Senate of the
2 General Assembly of the State of Indiana:
3 SECTION 1. That the Indiana Senate recognizes and
4 sincerely thanks the Indiana State Senate employees for their
5 outstanding work and dedication.
6 SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Senate is hereby directed
7 to transmit copies of this Resolution to each Indiana Senate
8 employee who served during the First Regular Session of the
9 One Hundred Twenty-Fourth General Assembly.
