SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2332 by House Committee on Agriculture and Natural
Resources
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2332 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2332 would update references related to the transfer of power related to the 2021
Executive Directive Reorganization No. 48 that transferred the Division of Tourism from the
Department of Wildlife and Parks to the Department of Commerce.
HB 2332 would not have a fiscal effect.
