Division of Tourism Statutory References; HB 2332
HB 2332 would update Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks (KDWP) statutes to
reflect Executive Reorganization Order (ERO) No. 48 that became effective on July 1, 2021.
ERO No. 48 transferred the Division of Tourism and the Office of the Director of Tourism from
KDWP to the Department of Commerce.
