SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2473 by House Committee on Appropriations
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2473 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2473 would reconcile amendments to statutes that were amended more than once
during the 2023 Legislative Session. The Office of the Revisor of Statutes submits a bill of this
type annually.
HB 2473 would have no fiscal effect.
