Dear Representative Humphries:
SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2660 by House Committee on Elections
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2660 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2660 would authorize a change of registered office address by a current occupant under
the Business Entity Standard Treatment Act. The bill would also change the information required
in an amendment to the articles of incorporation for a cooperative. The bill would also modify
information required in business entity information reports, and the due date for the reports to be
filed with the Secretary of State would be April 15. The bill would also make technical corrections.
The Secretary of State states HB 2660 would not have a fiscal effect on agency operating
expenditures.
