Technical Bill—Reconciling Amendments to Statutes; SB 106
SB 106 reconciles amendments to statutes that were amended more than once during
the current and prior legislative sessions. For such statutes, the bill repeals one version and, if
necessary, amends the continuing version with noncontradictory amendments from the repealed
version to create a single version of the statute containing all amendments.
