SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2326 by House Committee on Corrections and Juvenile
Justice
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2326 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2326 would add considerations concerning physical custody of children to the factors
considered for departures and diversions as outlined in the bill.
The Office of Judicial Administration states enactment of the bill would have a negligible
fiscal effect on the operations of the Judicial Branch.
