SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for HB 2367 by House Committee on Health and Human
Services
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning HB 2367 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
HB 2367 would add naturopathic doctors to those professions able to apply to the Kansas
State Board of Healing Arts for a certificate of authorization for a business entity to practice
medicine.
According to the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, enactment of HB 2367 would not
result in a fiscal effect on agency operations.
