A RESOLUTION approving an amendment to the gaming compact
between the Sac and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska
and the State of Kansas.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of Kansas:
That the amendment to the gaming compact between the Sac and Fox
Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska and the State of Kansas
submitted by the Governor to the Joint Committee on State-Tribal
Relations on March 20, 2025, is hereby approved; and
Be it further resolved: That the Chief Clerk of the House of
Representatives shall send an enrolled copy of this resolution to the
Governor, the Secretary of State and the chairperson of the Sac and
Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska.
