HOUSE RESOLUTION No. 6017
A RESOLUTION approving an amendment to the gaming compact between the Sac and
Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska and the State of Kansas.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the State of
Kansas: That the amendment to the gaming compact between the Sac
and Fox Nation of Missouri in Kansas and Nebraska and the State of
Kansas submitted by the Governor to the Joint Committee on State-
Tribal Relations on March 20, 2025, is hereby approved.
I hereby certify that the above RESOLUTION originated in the HOUSE, and
was adopted by that body
