SUBJECT: Fiscal Note for SB 92 by Senate Committee on Utilities
In accordance with KSA 75-3715a, the following fiscal note concerning SB 92 is
respectfully submitted to your committee.
SB 92 would extend the time in which the Kansas Corporation Commission would have to
issue a final order on an electric transmission line siting permit application from 120 days to 180
days.
The Kansas Corporation Commission indicates enactment of the bill would not have a
fiscal effect on the agency.
