She was a member of Nelson County Baptist Church. She was a mother, a 4 sister, and a friend; and 5 WHEREAS, Saundra Jean Adams is survived by her husband, Joe Adams; three 6 children, Alesha (John) Seay, Paul (Amye) Adams, and Andrea (Mark) Forester; 7 grandchildren, Sarah (Danny) Ortiz, Cynthia Seay, Karissa Seay, John Mark Seay, Blake 8 Adams, Emily Adams, Zachary Adams, Tyler Forester, and Trevor Forester; great-9 grandchildren, Kristiana Ortiz, Silas Ortiz, and Ryan Ortiz; brother, David (Monica) 10 Patterson; and nephew, Eddie Patterson; and 11 WHEREAS, Saundra Jean Adams traversed these earthly bounds on March 15, 12 2022, and is mourned across the Commonwealth. She leaves a void which cannot be 13 filled in the hearts and minds of her family and friends; 14 NOW, THEREFORE, 15 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 16 Kentucky: 17 Section 1. The Senate does hereby express its most profound condolences and 18 deepest sympathy to the family of Saundra Jean Adams. 19 Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day, it does so in honor and loving 20 memory of Saundra Jean Adams. 21 Section 3. The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit a copy of this 22 Resolution to Senator Higdon for delivery. 23
