AN ACT relating to government oversight. 1
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: 2
ď˘Section 1. KRS 6.916 is amended to read as follows: 3
Any public officer or official, agency, or organization of state or local government 4
required or requested to furnish information or data to the General Assembly or a 5
committee[ thereof] shall do so without fees or charges of any kind for the information or 6
data or any cost associated with its gathering, processing, or production. 7
