A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Mark Thomas Nethery to the Fish 1
and Wildlife Resources Commission. 2
WHEREAS, on January 19, 2023, in accordance with KRS 150.022 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-032, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Mark Thomas Nethery 4
to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission to replace Ralph Swallows for a term 5
expiring December 31, 2026; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Mark Thomas Nethery has been determined to meet the requirements 8
of KRS 150.022, representing the Third Commission District; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Mark Thomas 13
Nethery to the Fish and Wildlife Resources Commission. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Mark Thomas Nethery of Louisville, Jefferson County, 16
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Suite 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
