A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Keith E. Hamilton to the 1
Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. 2
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2022, in accordance with KRS 164.321 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-268, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Keith E. Hamilton to the 4
Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents to replace Damon 5
Van Allen for the unexpired term ending July 21, 2024; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Keith E. Hamilton has been determined to meet the requirements of 8
KRS 164.321; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Keith E. Hamilton to 13
the Kentucky Community and Technical College System Board of Regents. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Keith E. Hamilton of Louisville, Jefferson County, 16
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
