A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Susan Ellis to the Board of 1
Nursing. 2
WHEREAS, on July 5, 2022, in accordance with KRS 314.121 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-365, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Susan Ellis to the Board 4
of Nursing to replace Jessica Lynn Wilson for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Susan Ellis has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
314.121 representing registered nurses; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Susan Ellis to the 12
Board of Nursing. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Susan Ellis of Prestonsburg, Floyd County, Kentucky and to 15
Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
