A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Audria Denker to the Board of 1
Nursing. 2
WHEREAS, on July 5, 2022, in accordance with KRS 314.121 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-365, Governor Andy Beshear reappointed Audria Denker to the 4
Board of Nursing for a term expiring June 30, 2026; and 5
WHEREAS, the reappointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Audria Denker has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 7
314.121 representing registered nurses; 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the reappointment of Audria Denker to 12
the Board of Nursing. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Audria Denker of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky 15
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
