A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Paul Todd Case to the University 1
of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 2
WHEREAS, on May 17, 2022, in accordance with KRS 164.131 and by virtue of 3
Executive Order 2022-267, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Paul Todd Case to the 4
University of Kentucky Board of Trustees to replace Joe Rollin Bowen for the remainder 5
of an unexpired term ending June 30, 2025; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Paul Todd Case has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
164.131; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Paul Todd Case to 13
the University of Kentucky Board of Trustees. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Paul Todd Case of Louisa, Lawrence County, Kentucky and 16
to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
