A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Jennifer Sandlin Collins to the 1
Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. 2
WHEREAS, on January 17, 2023, in accordance with KRS 164.011 and by virtue 3
of Executive Order 2023-022, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Jennifer Sandlin 4
Collins to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education to replace Laura R. Harper 5
for a term expiring December 31, 2028; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Jennifer Sandlin Collins has been determined to meet the requirements 8
of KRS 164.011; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Jennifer Sandlin 13
Collins to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Jennifer Sandlin Collins of London, Laurel County, 16
Kentucky and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 17
