A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Priscilla Keller to the Education 1
Professional Standards Board. 2
WHEREAS, on November 15, 2022, in accordance with KRS 161.028 and by 3
virtue of Executive Order 2022-789, Governor Andy Beshear appointed Priscilla Keller 4
to the Education Professional Standards Board to replace Carmen Yvonne Souder for the 5
remainder of the term expiring June 30, 2024; and 6
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 7
WHEREAS, Priscilla Keller has been determined to meet the requirements of KRS 8
161.028, representing elementary school teachers; 9
NOW, THEREFORE, 10
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 11
Kentucky: 12
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Priscilla Keller to the 13
Education Professional Standards Board. 14
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 15
notification of its adoption to Priscilla Keller of Paducah, McCracken County, Kentucky 16
and to Governor Andy Beshear, State Capitol, Room 100, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 17
