UNOFFICIAL COPY 23 RS BR 1848 Page 1 of 2 XXXX 3/29/2023 10:28 AM Jacketed A RESOLUTION adjourning the Senate in honor and loving memory of Ethan 1 Timothy Croley. 2 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley was born in Lexington, Kentucky, on 3 September 21, 2009, to Timothy Mark Croley and Toni Wright Smith; and 4 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley attended North Laurel Middle School as a 7th 5 grade student; and 6 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley was a beloved member of the 1st Baptist 7 Church-East Bernstadt; and 8 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley departed this earthly life on Friday, March 24, 9 2023, at 13 years of age, and his loss will be greatly felt even as he endures in the 10 memory of his family, friends, and community members; and 11 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley was preceded in death by his maternal 12 grandmother, Francis Wright; paternal grandparents, Betty Elizabeth Harp Croley and 13 George Kenneth Croley; uncles, Thomas Gleason Croley and Ronald J. Croley; and aunt, 14 Shirley Croley; and 15 WHEREAS, Ethan Timothy Croley is survived by his parents, Timothy Mark 16 Croley and Toni Wright Smith; siblings, Morgan Croley, Lexi Croley, Levi Croley, 17 Chester "A.J." Smith, Justin Smith, and Kendra (Rocky) McVey; nephew, Rocko Mcvey; 18 and a whole host of family and friends; 19 NOW, THEREFORE, 20 Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 21 Kentucky: 22 Section 1. The Senate hereby expresses its most profound sympathy upon the 23 passing of Ethan Timothy Croley. 24 Section 2.
