A RESOLUTION confirming the appointment of Scott C. Wilhoit as commissioner 1
of the Department of Workers' Claims. 2
WHEREAS, on May 9, 2022, in accordance with KRS 12.040, 12.210, and 3
342.228, and by virtue of Executive Order 2022-258, Governor Andy Beshear appointed 4
Scott C. Wilhoit as commissioner of the Department of Workers' Claims; and 5
WHEREAS, the appointment is subject to Senate confirmation; and 6
WHEREAS, Scott C. Wilhoit has been determined to meet the requirements of 7
KRS 342.228(2); 8
NOW, THEREFORE, 9
Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of 10
Kentucky: 11
Section 1. The Senate hereby confirms the appointment of Scott C. Wilhoit as 12
commissioner of the Department of Workers' Claims. 13
Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution and 14
notification of its adoption to Scott C. Wilhoit of Louisville, Jefferson County, Kentucky 15
and to Governor Andy Beshear, Room 100, State Capitol, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. 16
